PGI ENERGY, is an energy holding company that focuses on acquiring proven oil and gas assets, producing refined green fuels and products, international consulting and business development. PGI Energy is comprised of four divisions including PGI Energy, Inc. the operating company for oil and gas assets, PGI Green E&P dedicated to producing green fuels and other products while reducing the world’s carbon footprint. PGI Energy Trading will focus on trading energy commodities and fuels produced by PGI Green E&P, and PGI Energy Transportation & Logistics transport petrochemicals, bio fuels, feedstock, finished products and provide logistical management services for internal and external clients.

Inception

Two and half years ago well-known Houston Investment Banker Robert Gandy Sr. and prominent Houston Litigator Marcellous McZeal were working together to assist a mutual client secure funding for a project. Robert and Marcellous saw this as an opportunity to acquire assets of different classes, specifically focusing on the oil and gas industry. They also saw this as an opportunity to play a major role as advocates and voice for becoming a gateway between business and the local communities that are served or influenced by these businesses. They understand that these decisions have a major impact on social and economic issues facing global communities, on the quality of life, education, health care and the environment. Robert and Marcellous set out to build a company that could live up to these values and concerns while becoming a productive and profitable business that could make the world a better place as a result.
